You’ve booked a private travel consultation!
Thank you for booking a consultation appointment – I can’t wait to talk to you!
I’ll take a look at my calendar to confirm the time you’ve requested is suitable (99% of the time it is).
Next, you’ll receive confirmation of your appointment in the form of a calendar invite.
Please check the time/date is as you expected. It will be in your time zone.
I use Zoom for our consultations and supply the relevant link in the calendar invite. Check your connection, microphone, and speakers in advance.
I look forward to meeting with you!
⚠️ Your booking is not confirmed until you receive your calendar invite and Zoom link.
PREPARE FOR YOUR CALL
How it’ll go down…
Your consultation will be customized to your specific needs, but as a general rule, this is what to expect from our time together.
What to expect
A relaxed, comfortable conversation with Stephanie – a France expert who has traveled through France extensively
I aim to give you a selection of activities and attractions, within a logical itinerary – all catered specifically to your interests.
I’ll take good notes on our conversation and make a recording of the call in case you need it.
What not to expect
A tight, time-bound itinerary – my goal is to give you options so you can make the best decisions based on your interests. Your preferences will affect what you choose.
Please don’t expect me to have all the answers. I’m knowledgeable but can’t know everything about everything. But, I will try to point you to resources to help you find your answer.
How you can help
Think about what you want to get out of our call and how you like to travel – I’ll ask at the start of our call.
Please ask questions throughout and be honest in your feedback – if I’m making suggestions that aren’t a good fit for you, I want to know.
Let me know if anything I say doesn’t make sense or if we’re moving too quickly/slowly for you – it’s all about helping you plan the perfect trip!
Do you have a draft itinerary?
There’s no need for you to have a draft itinerary. However, if you’ve made a start on your itinerary, please share it with me before your consultation.
I prefer Google docs – if you’re working in this format, please share it to stephanie@franceadventurer.com
However, you’re welcome to email us your editable document in any format.
If you haven’t started drafting your itinerary but want to, please make a copy of this template to use.
